Warranty Period

We proudly warrant our products for 12 months from purchase. During this time, we cover any defects in materials or manufacturing processes. Additionally, we guarantee that:

  • The outsole and heels will not separate from the boots for one year.
  • Fiber compound plates and trucks will not break for one year.

  • Structural damage to the boot, frame, or plate arising from normal use.
  • Premature breakage or wear of axles, trucks, or ice blades due to underlying product defects.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

While we want to support you as much as possible, certain circumstances fall outside this warranty coverage. These include:

  • Normal wear and tear, such as deterioration of wheels, bearings, toe stops, or laces.
  • Loosening of adjustable parts such as nuts, axles, and screws.
  • Cosmetic damage, including minor scratches, discoloration, abrasions, wrinkles, or rust.
  • Damage caused by improper or incorrect use, including misuse, modifications, severe impacts, or accidents.
  • Usage in extreme sports, aggressive skating, or for commercial rentals.
  • Environmental factors, including exposure to water, humidity, unsuitable weather conditions, excessive heat (e.g., leaving skates in a parked car in the sun or near heat sources), or storage in damp environments or near chemicals that may corrode materials.
  • Modifications or installations of non-standard accessories.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Limitation of Liability & Assumption of Risk

Roller skating, inline skating, and ice skating are activities that inherently involve risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and loss of balance, which can result in injury. By purchasing and using our skates, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

  • Our company is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of our products.
  • We strongly recommend that all users wear appropriate safety gear (helmets, knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards) and skate in environments suitable for their skill level.
  • Skating should only be performed in safe, controlled areas, and users should exercise caution at all times.
  • Users assume full responsibility for their safety and the consequences of using our skates.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Prepare Your Proof of Purchase: Gather your receipt, order confirmation email, or any documentation confirming your purchase date.
  2. Document the Damage: Take clear, well-lit photos of the damaged section of your skates for our review.

  4. Claim Review and Assessment: Our dedicated team will review your claim and may request that you return the product for further inspection. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning the product for examination.
  5. After Approval Process: If approved, we will gladly repair or replace your product at our discretion. If your item is out of stock, we may offer a similar product as a substitute. If your claim isn’t approved, you may retrieve your product by covering the shipping cost, or we can dispose of it responsibly.

Additional Terms

This warranty is non-transferable and exclusively applies to the original purchaser who can provide proof of purchase.
