Key Features and Semi-Custom Privileges

Meticulous Foot Contouring: Beyond simple length measurements, our process requires you to submit detailed photographs of your feet taken at various angles, along with a questionnaire about your weight, skating level, and fit preferences (e.g., snug/wiggle room, flat-footed). This allows our experts to adjust the standard boot last to precisely match your individual foot shape.

Complimentary for High-End Models: For our professional-grade boot models (such as Choreo,Dance Classic,Maestro, Leader, and Classic), the Semi-Custom Boots service is offered for free—waiving the typical extra fee. This ensures that serious skaters achieve the ultimate fit without incurring additional costs.

Fit Guarantee: One-Time Return or Exchange: We understand sizing can be a concern. Because the Semi-Custom service is based on your submitted foot photos, we provide a robust fit guarantee:

  • We accept a one-time return or exchange if the size is incorrect upon receipt (provided you followed the photo submission instructions).
  • We will either produce a corrected replacement pair or issue a full refund, provided the boots are unused and in brand-new condition.

Time To Measure

Simply measuring a static foot when sitting down in the morning will not give you the correct size. When the foot is under load and in warm conditions, the size can increase by 5%. For this reason, we recommend measuring your feet in the late afternoon to give a better approximation of your foot when skating.

Important

Our custom fitting process requires maximum accuracy, so please ensure your foot measurements are taken correctly. Rest assured, the photos you submit will be kept entirely private and only viewed by our dedicated boot-making team for the sole purpose of achieving a precise and masterful custom build. We guarantee no external sharing or publication, so you can confidently send your images to us.

Please measure your feet as per the following instructions:

  2. Put the ruler with this side (zero sides in centimetres) against the wall.
  3. Make sure the numbers and markings on the ruler are easy to read and not fuzzy before sending the pictures to us. We request that you retake the photos if the figures are fuzzy and we have difficulty reading them.
  4. Absolutely not wearing socks when you measure your feet.
  5. Please use a metric solid ruler; don't use an Imperial or soft cloth ruler, or it will be difficult for us to give you the correct size.
  6. Don't use a compressed file to send us your photos. Please put your 7 answers with all 15 pictures into an Office Word File and then change to a PDF file before sending them to us. It's a better way for us to get your pictures. Otherwise,. Otherwise, we might need to request that you resend the photos if we can not open the files you sent.

Please answer the following 7 questions:

  • How old are you? What's your weight and height? We must know if your ordered model is stiff enough to support your skating.
  • What's your skating level, e.g. single, double, triple jumps?
  • Do you prefer a snug fit or boots with wiggle room?
  • How much room for growth do you need?
  • Do you want stiffer tongues or normal ones?
  • Are you flat-footed?
  • What brand of boots are you using, and have you ever used them? (if have)

Please circle the spots in the picture to show us where you feel hurt in your previous boots. (if you have)

Please be sure to send us the above 7 answers together with the following 15 pictures.

Step 1A. (Picture 1)

The tip of the ruler

Be sure to take a picture of the ruler against the wall without your foot on. This is so that you can be aware of exactly how much space is needed to be adjusted from the measurement.

Step 1B. (Picture 2)

Put your ruler against the wall first. Then, place your foot on the ruler with your heel touching the wall slightly.

Please do not put your foot against the wall that is not vertical to your foot, similar to the picture as below. Doing so will give you an inaccurate measurement of your foot when photographed.

Step 1C.(Picture 3)

Please stand with both feet flat against the wall vertically so we can confirm the length is accurate for both feet. Make sure the ruler’s head and the two tapes on the ruler are clearly visible.
