We cannot accept returns for incorrectly selected sizes. Customers must carefully measure their feet and select their size according to the provided size chart.

If the incorrect size is chosen, we offer customers the opportunity to purchase a replacement pair at a 30% discount. Customers may consider selling the initial pair if it does not fit properly. However, please be assured that you may repurchase the correct size at a 30% discount. You must contact us within 20 days of receiving your skates to take advantage of this offer.

 We accept a one-time return or exchange for semi-custom-made boots, provided that customers submit photographs of their feet being measured. The additional cost for semi-custom boots is $50. A local return address will be provided for returning any unsuitable semi-custom skates. Following the return of the initial pair, we will produce another pair tailored to the correct specifications. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.  

Please note that once the skates have been used or display signs of wear and tear, they cannot be returned, as used skates cannot be resold. Should you choose not to try the replacement pair, we can issue a full refund, contingent upon the return of the skates to a local address in your country. The customer will bear return shipping costs. Returned skates must be maintained in a clean condition to facilitate resale and sent back promptly to receive a full refund. The refund will be processed following confirmation that the skates have been returned in good condition.

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Cancellations beyond this time frame will not be permitted.
