FEET WIDTH:
Please choose
Don’t worry about size. Even you just order standard boots, we will definitely help you with sizes. If you can send us your feet photos or measurements after placing the order, we will suggest a more proper size for you. Just put any size on the order form first, and then email to salesteam@ghskates.com after ordering to tell us your concerns. We will then absolutely discuss with you about the size and won’t start making your boots before getting confirmation from you.
If you have specially extra narrow or extra wide feet, we suggest you picking the semi-custom made option.
NO RETURNS - We can't accept returns for the wrong sizes. So, if you are picking your size from the chart, please measure and choose your size carefully.
GH family policy: If by any chance you end up getting the wrong size when picking your number based on the chart, we will offer you the opportunity to purchase another pair with 30% off discount. You might want to sell the first pair if it’s not a perfect fit and rest assured you can buy it again at 30% off. To be able to redeem this opportunity, you need to get in touch within 20 days of receiving your skates.
SEMI-CUSTOM (Returns) - We accept a "one time" return/exchange for semi-custom made boots where you send us photos of your feet being measured. To buy Semi-custom boots, it will cost an extra $50. We will provide a local address for you to return the skates with semi-custom boots in case of improper fit. And then we will make another pair for you. The local shipping cost will be covered by the customer on the returns.
CANCELLATIONS - Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After that order can not be cancelled anymore.

DISCLAIMER: We will not be sharing these photos to anyone. These photos will be used to accurately measure your boots for a custom fit.
Please measure your feet as following instructions:
1: Must use transparent tape to fix the ruler to avoid moving when you step on it.
2: Putting ruler against the wall with “0” as starting point, not with “30” as starting point. Stepping on the ruler by touching the wall slightly. Don’t stand with any distance from the wall.
3: Make sure the numbers and markings on the ruler are easy to read and not fuzzy at all before sending the pictures to us. We will request you to retake the photos if the figures are fuzzy and we have a hard time to read them.
4: Absolutely not wearing the socks when you measure your feet.
5: Please use Metric solid ruler, don’t use Imperial or soft cloth ruler or it’s hard for us to give you correct size.
6: Don’t use a compressed file to send us your photos, please put your 7 answers with all the 14 pictures into an OFFICE WORD FILE and then change to PDF FILE before sending to us. It’s a better way for us to get your pictures, otherwise we might need to request you to resend the photos if we can not open the files you send.
7: Please don’t forget to put your order number on any one of the pictures.
8: Please put your order number on the title of the email every time you send to us.
Please answer the following 7 questions:
1: How old are you? What’s your weight and height? We need to know if the model you order is stiff enough to support your skating.
2: What's your skating level: eg. single, double, triple jumps?
3: Do you prefer a snug fit or boots with some wiggle room?
4: How much room for growth do you need?
5: Do you want stiffer tongues or normal ones?
6: Are you flat footed?
7: What brand of boots are you using and have you ever used?
Please circle the spots in the picture to show us where you feel hurt in your previous boots.
Please be sure to send us the above 7 answers together with the following 14 pictures.
Step: #1A (picture 1)
Be sure to send us a picture of the ruler against the wall without your foot on, so the boot fitter is aware of exactly how much additional space needs or not to be added to your foot length.
Please don’t put your foot against the wall which is not vertical to your foot like the
picture below. This is because it’s hard for us to read the actual length of the foot
if it's photographed this way, as shown in the following wrong pictures:
Step #2A (picture 3)
The length of your right foot
Step #2B (picture 4)
The length of left foot.
Step #3A (picture 5)
Place the widest part of each foot on the ruler.
The width of right foot.
Step #3B (picture 6)
The width of left foot.
Do not start measuring from zero point, as shown in the following wrong pictures:
Step #4A (picture 7)
Show us the lower leg of your right foot at this wider angle.
Step #4B (picture 8)
Show us the lower leg of your left foot at this wider angle.
Step #5A (picture 9)
Please take a picture of the outside of your right foot from heel to toe.
Step #5B (picture 10)
The outside of your left foot from heel to toe.
Step #6A (picture 11)
The inside of your left foot.
Step #6B (picture 12)

Step #7A (picture 13)

Step #7B (picture 14)
